How to make Beef Shish Kebabs on a Campfire

Campfire Beef Shish Kebabs recipe


– 1 zucchini, cut into chunks

– 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– ½ cup ketchup

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 2 tablespoons steak sauce

– 1 ½ (600g) pounds beef sirloin, cut in cubes

– 2 bamboo skewers

Hot to do it:

Place the zucchini, bell pepper and beef cubes in a bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and whisk the ketchup, sault, steak sauce in the same bowl until smooth.

In the meantime prepare the campfire or outdoor grill on medium heat. After that you can make the bamboo skewers by placing alternating beef, zucchini and bell pepper.

Cook the skewers on the campfire, turning from time to time, around 15 minutes.
