When it comes to easy and delicious camping meal recipes, here are 5 go – to camping recipes that we choose to share with you.

1. Tortillas

You can never go wrong if you choose this meal. The possible combinations for delicious tortillas are almost endless. This is our favorite chicken recipe  for tortillas:

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
– 2 flour tortillas
– ¼ cup sour cream (50g)
–  1 cup chicken ( 125g)
–  8 lettuce  leaves
–  ¼ cup cucumber (50g)
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (125g)

Hot to do it:

– Spread sour cream evenly across tortillas.
– Top with lettuce leaves, chicken, cucumber and mozzarella cheese.
– Enjoy

2. Bacon noodles

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

– 2 packs ramen Noodles with seasoning packet
–  1 cup chopped bacon (125g)
– 1 cup sour crem (125 g)
– 2 ½ cups water (600ml)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil

Hot to do it:

– Place both of the ramen noodle packet with seasoning packet in boiling water.
– Cook and stir bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, than mixed with the ramen  noodle packet and sour cream
– Enjoy

3. Fluffy scrambled eggs:

Ingredients:
– 6 eggs
–  ¼ cup of milk (50 ml)
– ¼ table spoon salt & peper
– 1 table spoon canola oil
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (125g)

Hot to do it:
– In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
– In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
– Pour in egg mixture; stir in cheese sauce.
– Cook and stir until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains.
– Enjoy

4. French toast

Ingredients:

– 6 sliced Toast bread
– 2 large eggs
– ¼ cup of milk (50ml)
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– pinch of salt
– butter and vegetable oil for cooking

Hot to do it: – In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt and sugar
– In a large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat.
– Soak the bread really quickly in the mixture of eggs, salt and sugar, than fry the bread.
– Enjoy

5. Breakfast meal

This is the perfect warm breakfast camping meal for cold mornings while camping.

Ingredients:

6 slices bacon, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch pieces

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

2 white potatoes, cubed

– salt and ground black pepper to taste

– 1 onion, chopped

– 4 eggs, beaten

How to do it:

– Cook and stir bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain, discarding most of the grease.

– Return skillet to the stove and add olive oil; heat over medium heat. Add potatoes, salt, and pepper; cook and stir until browned and somewhat crispy, about 10 minutes.

Mix onion into potatoes and cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Return bacon to the skillet; cook and stir until heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.

– Pour eggs over potato mixture; cook and stir until eggs are set, 5 to 6 minutes.
